Running a refuse hauler and need a pressure control valve that won't give out on us after a few months. This a spool-type or something else, and can it hold up to the pressures we're throwing at it?

Spool-style is exactly what you've got here. The PSV7-10-S-0-3/ runs up to 350 bar, which works out to right around 5000 psi, so it's built to handle the kind of sustained pressure demands you'd see on refuse haulers. The Vickers PSV7-10 series was put together with that type of mobile application specifically in mind, so you're not forcing it into a role it wasn't meant for.
