Reckon this would work okay on a refuse hauler?

flow rate on this one is listed at 10 litres per minute -- that right for a unit rated up to 92 gpm? trying to make sure i got the right part before i order

The 10 litre per minute figure is the regulated output flow rate for this specific valve. The 350 L/min (92 USgpm) and 5000 psi ratings describe the system capacity the valve is built to handle, not what it passes through. So yes, 10 L/min is what you're getting out of this one, and that's by design for the PFR5-8-F-0-0.25 configuration.
