Will this valve work okay in a hydraulic system that runs pretty hot, like on a farm harvester during the summer?
Question by: Kirk F on Sep 2, 2025, 2:29 PM
Designed for demanding applications, the CBV1-10-S-0-A-50/30 should hold up fine, even in the heat you'd find on a harvester. Just be sure your system pressures are within the valve's specs.

got a boom that likes to creep down on me. is this CBV1-10 valve meant to stop that drift?
Question by: Neil H on Dec 25, 2025, 9:30 PM
Built for load holding, it’s meant to prevent drift and keep a moving load stable by using pilot assisted motion control.

does this valve work for load holding on mobile equipment like harvesters or refuse haulers, or is it more of an industrial shop thing?
Question by: Shane R on Apr 12, 2025, 4:48 PM
Load holding on mobile equipment is exactly what this valve was built around. Harvesters, refuse haulers, and similar mobile applications are all listed uses for the CBV1-10-S-0-A-50/30. The pilot-assisted design keeps loads from drifting when the system is at rest, which matters a lot on equipment that parks on slopes or holds a raised load for any length of time. It handles up to 5000 psi and flows up to 143 USgpm, so it has plenty of capacity for most mobile hydraulic circuits in those categories.
