runs up to 5000 psi on this one, that right? got a refuse hauler that spikes hard under load and need something that ain't gonna give out on me

Yeah, 350 bar which works out to 5000 psi is the rated pressure capacity on this valve. For a refuse hauler that sees those hard load spikes, that upper limit gives you solid headroom. The spool style design also helps keep things manageable in tighter installs where space around the hydraulic circuit is at a premium.
