How many gallons per minute can this valve handle?

It's rated to handle a flow rate of up to 114 liters per minute, which works out to about 30 gallons per minute.

What kind of flow rate are we looking at with this valve, and is it gonna hold up in a harvester running long days?

Running at up to 114 liters per minute, it moves a solid amount of fluid without breaking a sweat. The RV5-10 series was built with mobile equipment like harvesters in mind, so the demands of long field days aren't outside its wheelhouse. It's rated up to 350 bar, which is 5000 psi, so high-pressure conditions aren't going to push it past its limits. Compact build too, which matters when you're working around tight equipment layouts.
