Got a harvester sitting in the shop and I'm trying to sort out whether a 3/8" port is gonna be the right fit for the hydraulic circuit we're working with. That the port size on this valve?

3/8" is correct. That's the port size on this valve, so if your circuit is set up for that, you're in good shape without needing any adapters or reducers to make it work.
