Running this on a refuse hauler that's been giving us fits with pressure spikes. The old valve couldn't keep up past about 4800 psi before things got ugly. Does this Vickers RV2-10 have enough headroom to handle that kind of pressure without crying uncle?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, this valve sits right at the ceiling you're describing. Pressure spikes pushing up near that 4800 range shouldn't be a problem for it. The poppet style design handles those kinds of demands well and the RV2-10 series was specifically built for mobile applications like refuse haulers where conditions aren't exactly gentle. Just know that 5000 psi is the rated max, so you'd want to stay below that threshold under normal operating conditions rather than riding the limit regularly.
