Got a refuse hauler that keeps seeing pressure spikes past 4500 psi. Will this check valve hold up at those levels, or is it gonna be a weak point in the system?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that valve has a little headroom above what you're describing. For a refuse hauler running hard with pressure spikes in that range, it's rated to handle it. The poppet-style design also tends to hold up better under those kinds of sudden pressure events compared to ball-type checks, since the seating is more controlled. That said, 5000 psi is the ceiling, so you'd want to make sure your system isn't regularly pushing past that mark on a consistent basis.
