Reckon this valve will hold up okay on a rig running around 4800 psi? Don't wanna blow nothin' up.

This Vickers PSV8-10 valve is good to go up to 5000 psi, so you should be fine at 4800.

Running this on a refuse hauler that cycles pretty hard throughout the day. What kind of pressure and flow can it actually handle?

At full rated capacity, you're looking at 350 bar (5000 psi) and up to 300 liters per minute on the pressure and flow side. Keep in mind the flow rate for this specific valve is 23 liters per minute, so size your system around that number. For refuse hauler duty, the spool style construction and compact build make it a practical fit where space is tight and reliability matters.
