Running this on a refuse hauler that works hard five days a week. 350 bar enough to hold up on something like that without causing grief downstream?

At 350 bar (5000 psi), that pressure rating is built for exactly that kind of heavy-duty cycle. Refuse haulers are one of the listed applications for this valve, so it's not a stretch to say it was sized with that sort of punishment in mind. The 300 liter per minute flow capacity gives you plenty of headroom on a working truck, and the spool-style configuration keeps pressure management consistent even when demand varies throughout the day.
