Will this handle the pressure in my hydraulic system? It runs pretty hard.

This Vickers PSV7-10 series valve is rated up to 350 bar (5000 psi), so it should be able to handle demanding hydraulic systems.

runs up to 350 bar on our refuse hauler pretty regular, this valve gonna hold up to that kind of pressure day in and day out?

Rated for exactly that. The PSV7 10 C 0 5/2 is built to handle up to 350 bar (5000 psi), so running at that ceiling on a refuse hauler is well within what it's made for.
