got a harvester that needs a flow restrictor, is the MRV2-16 the kind of valve folks use for that?
Question by: Stan H on Mar 13, 2026, 11:22 AM
On mobile equipment like harvesters and refuse haulers, the MRV2-16 series is used as a flow control valve, basically a flow restrictor to manage hydraulic flow in the circuit.

runs up to 350 bar and 92 gpm on this thing, that right? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our refuse hauler setup without having to derate anything
Question by: Gary M on May 15, 2025, 4:15 PM
Rated at 350 bar (5000 psi) and up to 350 L/min (92 USgpm), so yes, the pressure and flow capacity is there for refuse hauler applications. The MRV2-16 is actually listed for that use specifically, along with harvesters and other mobile equipment, so you're in the right ballpark for that kind of demand.
