what's the max pressure this flow control can handle, and is 60 L/min the only flow setting or can you dial it up or down?

Rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi), so it's built for serious working pressure. The 60 litre per minute figure is the nominal flow rate for this particular configuration, but the valve itself is adjustable. Being pressure-compensated means it holds that set flow steady even when load pressure swings around, which cuts down on constant fiddling during operation.
