flow rate on this one says 114 LPM but the spec sheet I seen somewhere listed 300 L/min, which number am I actually working with here?

The 114 litre per minute figure is the flow rating specific to this valve in its current configuration. The 300 L/min rating applies to the broader RV5-10 series at its upper capability, so different configurations within that same product family can carry different flow ratings.
