flow rate on this one listed as 55 L/min but the series goes up to 350 L/min -- which number actually applies to this particular valve?

The 55 litre per minute figure is specific to this model, the FDC1 10V 6T 44. The 350 L/min rating you're seeing is the upper ceiling for the FDC1-10 series overall, not this individual unit. So for sizing and application purposes, 55 L/min is the number to work with.
