flow rate on this one says 350 L/min in the specs but also shows 55 litres per minute somewhere, which number actually applies to this valve?

Both numbers are real, just referring to different things. The 350 L/min is the maximum rated capacity for the FDC1-10 series overall. The 55 litres per minute is the specific flow rating for this particular unit, the FDC1 10V 0 33. So when you're sizing it for your system, 55 L/min is the number you want to work with for actual flow through this valve.
