flow rate on this one is listed at 55 LPM, but the series spec goes up to 92 gpm, which number actually applies to what i'd be getting?

The 55 litre per minute figure is the rated flow for this specific valve. The 92 USgpm rating applies to the broader FDC1-10 series at its upper limit, not to every valve in that lineup. What you'd actually be working with on this unit is the 55 LPM figure, so size your circuit around that number rather than the series ceiling.
