Will this here valve work on my harvester?

Running this on a refuse hauler, does it hold up to 5000 psi or is that more of a peak rating?

350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, is the maximum pressure rating for this valve. On a refuse hauler that's cycling hard through a shift, that ceiling gives you solid headroom without worrying about pressure spikes pushing it past its limits. The hardened and ground steel construction is part of what makes it hold up in that kind of service.
