flow rate on this one is 30 LPM, that enough for press and machine tool work or is it gonna be stretched thin on heavier cycles?

For most press and machine tool setups, 30 liters per minute sits right in a comfortable operating range. It handles directional control duties in those environments without being pushed to its limit under normal cycling conditions. If your application is running unusually high-demand sequences back to back, you'd want to map out your actual flow requirements first, but for standard press and machine tool use this valve was built with exactly those applications in mind.
