Is this a genuine Vickers part or one of them aftermarket kits?

Genuine Vickers, sourced through Danfoss, which now manages the Vickers product line. The part number 02-156957 is a factory spare, not a third-party replacement, so you're getting the same sealing components the valve was originally built around.
