flow rate on this one -- is 80 lpm the max it'll handle or just the rated continuous flow?

80 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve. Running a directional control valve right at its rated ceiling on a continuous basis tends to accelerate wear, so most folks size their system to stay a bit under that figure during normal operation. If your application is regularly pushing the full 80 lpm, it's worth factoring that into your maintenance schedule.

got a setup that needs a single stage directional valve, is this one three-way or four-way

Function-wise, it’s a DG4V-3 60 Design single stage directional control valve, and the series is used for three-way or four-way directional control depending on the model configuration.
