flow rate on this one is listed at 80 LPM, that enough for a press circuit runnin pretty hard most of the day?

For most press applications, 80 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. That rating puts it well within range for demanding press circuits, and the DG4V-3 series is actually called out specifically for press use alongside primary metal and die casting work. Whether your system stays comfortably under that ceiling depends on what your pump and actuator demands look like at peak load, but the valve itself is built with that kind of duty in mind.
