If I'm running this valve pretty much non-stop, do I need to worry about it overheating or wearing out quicker than normal?
Question by: Chad P on Sep 1, 2025, 7:37 AM
This valve uses a Buna-N seal, which is a pretty durable material, but continuous operation will definitely put more stress on it. Keep an eye on performance and consider a preventative maintenance schedule.

three performance levels on this thing, what does that actually mean for picking the right one?
Question by: Judy S on Dec 10, 2025, 7:51 AM
Ultra, high, and standard refer to the precision and response characteristics of the valve. Ultra gives you the tightest control and fastest response, which matters in high-demand applications like test equipment or turbine control. Standard is built for less demanding cycles where that level of precision isn't necessary. If you're running something like a press or machine tool and need consistent repeatability, high or ultra is usually the smarter pick. The right level depends on how tight your control tolerances need to be in your specific setup.
