Flow rate on this one says 160 L/min but I also seen 60 listed somewhere, which one actually applies to this valve?

Both numbers are real, just used in different contexts. The 160 L/min (42 USgpm) figure is the maximum rated flow capacity for the valve. The 60 litre per minute figure reflects a different operating condition or reference point for this specific configuration. For most sizing decisions, the 160 L/min rating is the top-end performance ceiling you'd plan around.
