what all comes in this kit? trying to figure out if i need to order anything else before we tear into this pump

Packed in the kit is an industrial compensator sub-assembly, a cap screw, an O-ring, a cap nut, and a ship protector. That covers the core control components, so for a standard compensator service or replacement on a PVH pump you should be in good shape without needing to source those parts separately.
