flow rate on this thing tops out at 60 liters per minute or can it actually push more than that?

The valve itself is rated to handle up to 350 liters per minute and pressures up to 350 bar, but the regulated output flow on this particular model is set for up to 60 liters per minute. So the internal components can take far more than what it's metering out. That headroom in the pressure and flow ratings is part of what makes it hold up well in demanding circuits without straining the valve body itself.
