flow rate on this thing is listed at 80 LPM, that enough for a medium-duty press circuit or am I pushing it?

For medium-duty press applications, 80 litres per minute is right in the workable range. The DG4V 3S 2N M FWL B5 is actually listed as suitable for press environments, so you're not forcing a fit there. Just keep in mind that the 80 LPM figure is the rated maximum, so running consistently at or near that ceiling isn't ideal for long-term performance. Build in a little headroom and you'll be in good shape.
