If I'm usin' this in some marine applications, will the seals hold up okay to saltwater exposure?

Buna-N seals are a pretty standard choice, offering decent resistance to a range of fluids, including some oils and water-based solutions. However, for dedicated saltwater environments, you might want to look at something with enhanced corrosion resistance.

flow rate on this one is listed at 115 litres per minute -- that holding up for press or die casting work, or is that more of a ceiling you don't want to push?

115 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity for this valve, so yes, it covers press and die casting applications without issue. Those are actually listed use cases for the DG5S4 platform, along with foundry work and primary metal processing. Just keep your system flow within that rated limit and you're in good shape.
