flow rate on this one says 120 liters per minute -- is that enough for most machine tool setups or is it on the lower end?

For the majority of machine tool applications, 120 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate. Most standard machining circuits don't push anywhere near that ceiling during normal operation, so you'd typically have plenty of headroom. Where you'd start to think harder about it is in high-cycle or multi-axis systems running simultaneously, but for a single machine tool circuit or a moderately loaded industrial setup, that capacity generally holds up well.
