Flow rate on this one says 227 liters per minute -- that enough to handle a pretty heavy-duty hydraulic circuit without bogging down?

For most demanding hydraulic circuits, 227 liters per minute is a solid capacity. That puts it well within range for industrial applications where high flow is a regular requirement, not an occasional spike. If your system is running near or under that threshold, you should have plenty of headroom to keep pressure regulated without restriction becoming a problem.
