If I'm usin' this in a marine application, will the Buna-N seals hold up okay against saltwater exposure?

Buna-N provides good resistance to petroleum-based fluids, water, and some mild chemicals, which means it can handle incidental saltwater exposure. However, for continuous saltwater submersion or harsh chemical environments, you might want to consider a valve with seals made of a more resistant material.
