flow rate on this one says 19 liters per minute -- is that enough for press or die casting work, or is it more suited to lighter duty stuff?

For die casting and press applications, 19 liters per minute is right in the wheelhouse of what this valve is built for. Both of those environments are explicitly listed as target applications, so the flow capacity lines up with those use cases. It won't be a high-volume workhorse for large-scale systems pushing serious flow, but for the kind of proportional control work common in die casting and press setups, it fits the bill.
