flow rate on this one says 94 litres per minute -- that enough for a press application or is that pushin the limit?

For press applications, 94 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. Presses are actually one of the listed application types for this valve, so it's built with that kind of demand in mind. As long as your circuit isn't consistently running right at the ceiling, you've got good headroom for normal press cycles.
