Got a press system runnin pretty hard most days, what kind of flow can this valve handle before it starts to bog things down?

Rated up to 80 litres per minute, so for most press circuits running in that range it'll keep up without restricting flow. That flow ceiling gives you solid headroom for high-cycle operation without the valve becoming a bottleneck in your system.
