flow rate on this tops out at 13 liters per minute -- that gonna hold up runnin press equipment all day or is that cuttin it close?

For press equipment, 13 litres per minute is a reasonable ceiling on a direct-acting proportional valve at this size class. Whether it holds up depends on your cycle demands and how much of that capacity you're actually drawing during operation. The valve is listed specifically as a fit for press applications, so it's not being stretched outside its intended use. Just make sure your system isn't regularly pushing right at the edge of that flow limit for extended periods, and you should be in good shape.

What kind of seal does this valve use?

It uses fluorocarbon seals, which should hold up well in demanding industrial environments.
