Context-wise, the KCG-3 10 Design units in this series are proportional valves supplied without OBE, and this part (02-146066) is identified as a Vickers KCG 3 350D Z M U in that “without OBE” group.

flow rate on this valve is 5 liters per minute, that right? trying to make sure it'll work for a press application before we order.

Five liters per minute is correct for this valve. Press applications are actually one of the listed uses for the KCG-3, so you're in good shape there. Just make sure your system demands fall within that flow range and you should be good to go.
