got a harvester that needs steady flow even when the load changes, is this valve the right kind for that?

flow rate on this thing tops out at 60 liters per minute, but the specs also mention 350 L/min somewhere -- how do them two numbers fit together?

Good catch, and it's worth clearing up. The 350 L/min figure refers to the maximum flow capacity the valve itself can handle passing through it under rated conditions. The 60 liters per minute is the regulated output -- meaning that's the controlled flow this unit is set to deliver after compensation. So the valve can physically handle a lot more fluid moving through the system, but it's holding the working output steady at 60 L/min. That's exactly what a pressure compensated flow regulator does: it keeps your output flow consistent regardless of load changes or pressure swings upstream.
