Can this handle the flow on my harvester without choking up? I'm pushin' it pretty hard sometimes.

This flow regulator is rated to a maximum of 350 L/min (92 US gpm), so as long as your harvester's flow stays within that, you should be good to go. It's designed to maintain consistent flow, even with pressure variations.

got a circuit that sees load swings, will this regulator keep the flow steady or does it wander?

In circuits where load or supply pressure moves around, the fixed pressure compensated design is meant to hold a consistent, regulated flow instead of drifting with those pressure changes.
