trying to keep a cylinder speed steady even when the load changes... is that what this FR2-10 valve is for?

In a circuit where the load pressure swings around, this adjustable, pressure-compensated flow regulator is meant to hold a consistent flow rate so actuator speed stays more even instead of speeding up and slowing down with the load.
