Got a refuse hauler that's been eating through coils, been running near-continuous cycles all season. This Vickers coil rated for that kind of duty, or is it gonna give out on me same as the last one?

Continuous duty is built right into this coil's design, so running it through long, demanding cycles is exactly what it's meant for. Refuse haulers are actually listed as one of the target applications, so you're in the right ballpark. The internal rectification also helps it handle AC input without needing an external rectifier in the circuit, which cuts down on one more potential failure point.

Will this coil work okay on a refuse truck that's running pretty much all day long?

This Vickers coil is designed for continuous duty, so it should hold up well in demanding applications like refuse haulers.
