Flow rate on this one listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough to handle a press or die casting setup without bogging down?

For those kinds of applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Die casting and press use are actually listed uses for this valve, so it was built with that kind of demand in mind. As long as your system's flow requirements fall within that range, you shouldn't run into performance issues under normal operating conditions.
