flow rate on this one is listed at 80 liters per minute, that enough for press or die casting work, or is it gonna be a bottleneck?

For press and die casting applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate. Those environments can be demanding, but this valve is specifically listed for both die casting and foundry use as well as press applications, so it's built with those duty demands in mind. As long as your system requirements fall within that 80 LPM ceiling, you shouldn't run into any flow restriction issues during normal operation.
