Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 litres per minute, that enough to handle a decent-sized press circuit, or is it gonna be cutting it close on the high end?

For most press applications, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. The DG4V-3 series is regularly applied in press environments, and that flow rating gives you meaningful headroom for typical mid-range circuit demands. If your system is pushing right up against that ceiling under full load, you'd want to account for pressure drop across the valve, but as a general fit for press work, this rating holds up well in that application category.
