flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- is that enough for press and die casting work or is it gonna be a bottleneck?

For most press and die casting setups, 80 liters per minute is a solid working flow rate. It sits right in the range where you get reliable directional switching without having to oversize your system. That said, if your circuit is already running close to capacity or you've got multiple actuators pulling from the same line, you'd want to map out your total demand before assuming it fits. As a standalone directional control valve handling standard cycle loads in those applications, it should hold up fine.
