Flow rate on this thing tops out at 80 liters per minute, that enough to keep up with a die casting setup running pretty hard?

For most die casting use, 80 liters per minute gives you solid headroom. The valve is specifically listed for die casting and foundry environments, so it was built with those demands in mind. Whether your particular setup pushes that limit depends on your line pressure and cycle demands, but 80 LPM is a respectable ceiling for a valve this compact at 1.8 inches wide.
