Product Questions & Answers

got a setup that needs a three or four way directional control valve, is this one of those or am i lookin at the wrong thing
Question by: Merle C on Sep 1, 2025, 5:59 PM
For function and type, it’s a three or four way directional control valve meant for industry standard surface mounting, so it fits that style of directional control use.

What kind of machines would this directional valve typically be used on?
Question by: Bonnie J on May 28, 2025, 11:01 AM
Common applications include die casting, foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore setups, presses, primary metal processing, paper manufacturing, test equipment, simulation systems, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water.

Flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute. That enough to handle press and die casting work without bogging down the system?
Question by: Kent C on Nov 15, 2025, 11:55 AM
For press applications and die casting environments, 80 LPM is a solid working flow rate. Those setups typically run high-cycle demand, and this valve is explicitly listed for both press and die casting and foundry use, so it fits right in that range of industrial work. Just make sure your system is sized to match that flow capacity on both the supply and return sides.
