Yes it will. Alternate part numbers listed for this VICKERS DG4V 3S 22A M U H5 include C1JT21. You shouldn't have any issues swapping it out.

Got a machine running a D03 subplate already, this Vickers unit gonna drop right in, or am I lookin at swappin out the manifold too?

Standard D03 (NG6) mounting footprint on this valve means it'll bolt right up to any compatible D03 subplate or manifold without modification. That's one of the reasons the DG4V-3 series gets used so widely, the footprint is consistent across configurations, so retrofitting into an existing circuit is usually straightforward.
