Flow rate on this one says 80 liters per minute, is that enough for press and die casting work, or do them applications usually need something higher?

For most press and die casting setups, 80 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Both of those applications made the supported list for this valve, so it's not a stretch to run it there. Whether that ceiling fits your specific cycle depends on your system demand, but the valve itself isn't undersized for that category of work.
