Wondering what kind of applications this directional valve is typically used for?
Question by: Ricky C on Aug 23, 2025, 8:39 PM
It's suited to applications like machine tool equipment, press systems, primary metal and paper processing, die casting and foundry environments, marine and offshore installations, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment.

got a system that runs right around 80 L/min, is this valve gonna keep up or am i pushing it too hard
Question by: Randy M on May 4, 2025, 6:20 PM
On flow capacity, it is rated for up to 80 litres per minute, so 80 L/min is the top end of what it is built to handle.

Flow rate on this one is listed at 80 litres per minute, that enough for a mid-size press system, or is that gonna be cutting it close?
Question by: Roger H on Aug 24, 2025, 5:27 PM
For most mid-size press applications, 80 litres per minute is solid. The DG4V-3 series is actually called out specifically for press systems, so that pairing is well established. Whether it's enough really comes down to your actuator sizing and cycle demands, but the flow capacity itself isn't a weak point here.
