flow rate on this one, is it 60 LPM? trying to match what we pulled off the old press setup

Correct, 60 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve. That puts it in a reasonable range for press applications, which is actually one of the listed uses for this model alongside machine tool and die casting work. If your old setup ran at or under that threshold, you should be in good shape matching it here.

Wondering if this'll fit on my older Vickers system? I've got a DGMFN-3 stack, but not sure about the "41" part.

Designed as part of the Vickers/Eaton DGMFN-3 41 SystemStak valve line, it should be a direct fit if your existing valve carries that designation. Always a good idea to double-check the part number on your old unit, though.
